Programmes Summary and Objectives

The New Success Ethic

We have been told that the rat race is the road to success. Yet many of us today have an idea of success different from those of previous generations. For us, success is not defined exclusively in economic terms but includes the opportunity to express our innate talents and abilities, to be creatively engaged, to feel we are making a difference, and to integrate our spiritual values with the everyday business of working and making a living. This is unconditional success. All of us have a calling to be true and authentic – it is up to us to create a channel for our love and passion to flow into the world, and our work and success are one great way we can make this happen.
At the heart of each of us, as a unique individual is the power to create unconditional success, right now. Within each of us are incredible creative contributions waiting to see the light of day. Fulfillment of our destiny helps so many people.
As we discover the shape of our own soul, finding, following, and living our authentic calling, we create a beautiful match between who we are in essence and what we do in the world: Our work becomes an expression of who we are, and a reflection of our essence.
Our purpose in success is to bring the love that is deep within us into this world so that our spirits soar; we unleash our imagination and invoke our creative potential. The call to follow our heart is eternal and universal, and can lead to deep fulfillment. We all want work that is a manifestation of our deepest values and the evolving notion of our life purpose. We need a sense of belonging, of connection, to belong to a family, team or organization, so that we can see and be seen, and create relationships that feed our spirit.

Unconditional Success; Loving the work we were born to do

In an increasingly complex interconnected world, where uncertainty dominates, we need leaders who have transcended the fear-based beliefs that formed part of their personal and collective enculturation. We need leaders who are fearless and who operate on behalf of the global common good.

We need self-actualized leaders who use values as their predominant mode of decision making. We need leaders who embrace diversity, celebrate differences, and give people a voice. Above all else, we need leaders who can trust; leaders who we know have our best interests at heart; leaders who recognize our individual contributions; and leaders who encourage and support their people in their professional and personal growth. We need leaders that operate from full-spectrum consciousness.

Enlightened leaders are learning that employee fulfillment, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility will be the keys to increased productivity and creativity in the future. Cultural transformation within an organization begins with a shift in the values and behaviours of the leadership. Organizations do not transform, people do.

Only when the leadership walks the talk and the espoused values and behaviours are fully integrated into the human resource systems; will the culture change cascade down through the organization. Enlightened leaders know that to attain long-lasting success, they must build a values-driven culture that is independent of their identity. When a leader retires or moves on, the culture must continue. For a company to find long-term success it must become a living independent entity that reflects the collective values of all employees. The task of the leader is to give birth to this entity, to give the company its own sense of purpose and vision.

The fundamental challenge facing business leaders is to create a culture that supports and encourages all employees to tap into their deepest levels of productivity and creativity by finding personal fulfillment through their work. When people find meaning in their work, they naturally tap into their deepest levels of creativity and highest levels of productivity.
